These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pomegra website and its content (the "Services"). Pomegra is a brand operated by AI TLDR ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. What Pomegra Is

Pomegra is an informational and educational resource. We publish financial news, market summaries, a wiki, and learning materials. We do not operate user accounts, sell subscriptions, or provide any paid tools to readers. Our only paid service is advertising, described in Section 4.

2. No Investment Advice

Everything on Pomegra is for informational and educational purposes only. Our articles, data, analysis, and sponsored content are not financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, and are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other asset. Pomegra is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.

Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and some of it is produced with the help of AI. You are solely responsible for your own research and investment decisions, and you should consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you read here. All investments carry risk, including loss of principal.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
  • Scrape, copy, or republish our content at scale without our written permission;
  • Submit false, misleading, or infringing information through our forms.

4. Advertising Services

4.1. Scope

This section applies to paid advertising services ordered through our Advertise page or by email, including full website campaigns, single placements, and custom placements (each a "Placement"). By paying for a Placement, you agree to this section in addition to the rest of these Terms. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

4.2. Payment

All payments for advertising services are processed securely by Dodo Payments, our third-party payment processor, which acts as merchant of record for these transactions. By paying, you also agree to Dodo Payments' terms of service and privacy policy. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by Dodo Payments at checkout. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

4.3. Advertising Services Are Non-Refundable

All payments for advertising services are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, cases where you cancel or end a Placement early, change your mind after payment, are dissatisfied with traffic, clicks, conversions, or other results, or where a Placement is removed because it breaches these Terms or our advertising guidelines. Pomegra does not guarantee any particular number of impressions, clicks, or business outcomes. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

4.4. Pricing Changes

We may change our advertising prices at any time. Price changes will not affect Placements you have already paid for.

4.5. Advertiser Content and Editorial Standards

You are responsible for the materials you supply and represent that they are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe the rights of any third party. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use those materials to publish and promote your Placement. All Placements are labelled as sponsored and are not investment advice. We may edit Placements for clarity, labelling, and compliance, and we may decline or remove any Placement that does not meet our editorial standards or applicable law.

4.6. Prohibited Advertising

We do not accept Placements that promote, or link to, any of the following:

  • Gambling, including betting, sportsbooks, lotteries, and sweepstakes played for money;
  • iGaming, including online casinos, slots, poker, and similar real-money games;
  • Adult content, including sexually explicit material and adult services.

This applies for the full run of a Placement. If a link in a Placement is changed, redirected, or later leads to content in any of these categories, we may remove the Placement immediately and without notice. Such removal is a breach of these Terms and is not eligible for a refund under Section 4.3.

4.7. Advertiser Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pomegra and AI TLDR from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the materials you supply, the products or services you advertise, or your breach of this section.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by AI TLDR or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works requires our written permission. Third-party trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POMEGRA, AI TLDR, AND THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR ADVERTISING SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version here and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the new Terms. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, or restrict your access, at any time without notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 2, 4.3, 4.7, 5, 6, 7, and 9) will survive.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI TLDR is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at info@pomegra.io and we will try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

10. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and replace any earlier agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
